1. Delivery Method
We only offer delivery within Hong Kong using SF Express.
2. Shipping Rates
A flat rate of 30 HKD will apply for orders below 250 HKD.
For orders of 250 HKD or more, we offer free delivery.
3. Delivery Timeframe
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the courier service provider. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times as they are subject to delays beyond our control.
4. Special Delivery Information for Residents of Remote Areas and Outlying Islands
Orders delivered to remote areas and outlying islands will be handled by SF Express, typically taking 3-7 working days for delivery. If home delivery is not feasible for your location, you may need to pick up your package at a nearby SF Express Service point.

For deliveries to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, the courier service will take 2-5 days for your order to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Local Deliveries Only
We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered within Hong Kong.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that are:
Unopened and in their original packaging.
Purchased directly from our website within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used pet treats.
Perishable items.
3. Return Process

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
