  1. 退貨條件

    • 所有食品類產品基於衛生理由，一經開封恕不接受退貨。

    • 未開封及保持原包裝之貨品，於收到貨品後 7 天內 可提出退貨申請。

  2. 退貨流程

    • 請先電郵至 info@slowwalkerstore.com 提出申請，並附上訂單號碼及相關照片。

    • 經確認後，顧客需自行承擔退貨運費。

  3. 退款安排

    • 我們將於收到並檢查退貨貨品後 7 個工作天內 處理退款。

    • 退款將以原付款方式退回。

    • For hygiene reasons, opened food products cannot be returned.

    • Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  2. Return Process

    • Please email info@slowwalkerstore.com with your order number and photos.

    • Once approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.

    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

    • 香港地區：由第三方速遞公司送貨。

    • 國際送貨：目前僅支援指定地區，費用及時間視乎地區而定。

  2. 運費

    • 香港本地訂單滿 HK$200 免運費。

    • 未達免運金額，將於結帳時顯示相應運費。

  3. 送貨時間

    • 本地訂單將於付款後 2–4 個工作天內寄出。

    • 國際訂單約 7–14 個工作天（不包括清關時間）。
